144:1	（大卫的诗。）耶和华我的盘石是应当称颂的！他教导我的手争战，教导我的指头打仗。
	(Psalm 144 [A Psalm] of David.)Blessed be Jehovah my rock, Who teacheth my hands to war, [And] my fingers to fight:
144:2	他是我慈爱的主，我的山寨，我的高台，我的救主，我的盾牌，是我所投靠的；他使我的百姓服在我以下。
	My lovingkindness, and my fortress, My high tower, and my deliverer; My shield, and he in whom I take refuge; Who subdueth my people under me.
144:3	耶和华啊，人算什么，你竟认识他！世人算什么，你竟顾念他！
	Jehovah, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that thou makest account of him?
144:4	人好像一口气；他的年日如同影儿快快过去。
	Man is like to vanity: His days are as a shadow that passeth away.
144:5	耶和华啊，求你使天下垂，亲自降临，摸山，山就冒烟。
	Bow thy heavens, O Jehovah, and come down: Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke.
144:6	求你发出闪电，使他们四散，射出你的箭，使他们扰乱。
	Cast forth lightning, and scatter them; Send out thine arrows, and discomfit them.
144:7	求你从上伸手救拔我，救我出离大水，救我脱离外邦人的手。
	Stretch forth thy hand from above; Rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, Out of the hand of aliens;
144:8	他们的口说谎话；他们的右手起假誓。
	Whose mouth speaketh deceit, And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
144:9	神啊，我要向你唱新歌，用十弦瑟向你歌颂。
	I will sing a new song unto thee, O God: Upon a psaltery of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee.
144:10	你是那拯救君王的；你是那救仆人大卫脱离害命之刀的。
	Thou art he that giveth salvation unto kings; Who rescueth David his servant from the hurtful sword.
144:11	求你救拔我，救我脱离外邦人的手。他们的口说谎话；他们的右手起假誓。
	Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hand of aliens, Whose mouth speaketh deceit, And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
144:12	我们的儿子从幼年好像树栽子长大；我们的女儿如同殿角石，是按建宫的样式凿成的。
	When our sons shall be as plants grown up in their youth, And our daughters as corner-stones hewn after the fashion of a palace;
144:13	我们的仓盈满，能出各样的粮食；我们的羊在田间孳生千万。
	[When] our garners are full, affording all manner of store, [And] our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields;
144:14	我们的牛驮着满驮，没有人闯进来抢夺，也没有人出去争战；我们的街市上也没有哭号的声音。
	[When] our oxen are well laden; [When there is] no breaking in, and no going forth, And no outcry in our streets:
144:15	遇见这光景的百姓便为有福！有耶和华为他们的神，这百姓便为有福！
	Happy is the people that is in such a case; [Yea], happy is the people whose God is Jehovah.
