We commit to God Who entrust all things to us.
<Act 20:7,17-34>

1. Entrusting to God is two-sided.

1) When life is hard, the future unknown, finding helplessness, full of sin, etc, we must learn to entrust ourselves to the Creator.

2) But God must have first entrusted to us so that we can entrust to Him.

3) Entrusting has the sense of commitment and submission.

4) To entrust is like depositing with God for safekeeping, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

2. How to really entrust? What did God really entrust to us?

1) God entrusts Himself to the “foolish and despised of the world”, and this is declaring the whole counsel of God.

2) Entrust to the church, overseers, disciples and the heads of households, as God has entrusted His flocks to them.

3) It is more blessed to give than to receive: not caring as to things of the present world, but making it our own interest to serve the Lord.
